The Langara Research Committee

The Langara Research Committee (LRC) encourages research among faculty members and approves funding of research projects through monies allocated for this purpose by the Langara Faculty Association’s Professional Development Support Fund (PDSF) committee.

The LRC is composed of up to eleven faculty members, representing all sectors of Langara College, and at least one Academic Dean.

• The Co-chairs and Secretary of the LRC are elected annually.
• A membership review is carried out each June.
• The Committee meets three times per year following the deadlines for applications.
• At meetings of the LRC, quorum is five voting members.
