Stress Relief Drop-in Group
Find community during a stressful time in the semester and learn strategies to relieve anxiety and stress.
This drop-in group will be facilitated by a Langara counsellor for students struggling with academic stress, anxiety, and are looking for a safe, confidential, and comfortable space to talk with their fellow students about their issues and learn how to manage their stress.
